Strong technical accounting knowledge and compliance skills including acquisitions, stock based compensation, restructuring, derivative reporting, revenue recognition, sec reporting and employee benefit plans highly desired. The applicant should have CPAMBA with 6 yrs of financial reporting background, with a min of four years in public accounting Big four preferred. Ability in US GAAP, SEC reporting, derivatives, consolidations and SOX qualifications relevant to a global complex company setting with multiple entities preferred.
